THE RESTAURANT
At Marco Simone, the kitchen is the main character. In our philosophy, a perfect day of golf must end with a pleasant moment, comfortably seated, and served with a genuine cuisine made of local flavours.
The Club’s restaurant expresses an all-Italian style hospitality and represents one of the “greenest” gourmet locations in Rome. The internal and external large spaces of the club, makes it an ideal venue for weddings and other private or corporate events.
The restaurant has a seasonal menu that offers “0 km recipes” with fresh and traditional products from the nearby area. The dishes created by our chef Marco Giordani, find their roots in the classic Italian cuisine with an eye to modern reinterpretations.

“ON THE GREEN TASTE” DÉGUSTATION
Four courses served in ¾ portions for a culinary experience to discover a selection of typical dishes from our cuisine. The tasting menu varies according to the season. Books are welcomed.
THE LOCATION
The restaurant is the most traditional and convivial space of the Club and can accommodate up to 120 people. It is used daily as a Club restaurant with a menù à la carte but can be reserved in the evening for private events.
The European Team Ballroom is ideal for private and corporate events. It can hold up to 200 seated people. Your events will be complemented by a magnificent view of the golf course.
The Grand Terraces of the Club are the most fascinating spaces in the Club, especially in the evening when the light of the sunset warms the rooms with a golden glow.
There are two terraces, one on the first floor and one in the west wing of the ground floor. They can hold 200 seated people and 300 people for a standing event.

“The kitchen is a continuous discovery of flavours, aromas and colours that encourages an ongoing research for dishes that can please the heart and satisfy the appetite”. Marco Giordani.
Marco Gordiani graduated from the School of Fiuggi and gained his experience working with the starred chef Fabio Ciervo at the “La Terrazza Restaurant” of the Eden Hotel in Rome.
His dishes come from a local cuisine, inspired by Mediterranean traditions and also revised in a healthy version to adapt to the needs of athletes.
